Our apartment units are located near downtown Clinton and are independent from
The Courthouse Inn operations.
Our one bedroom and super efficiencies are furnished, include all
utilities, and are available for short, medium, and long term rental
use.

Each apartment features a kitchen, cable TV, queen sized bed,
and work area.

Phone service is NOT provided.
Rates:
  • 1 Week                                                $225
  • 2 Weeks                                              $200 per week
  • 3 Weeks or more                                 $175 per week
  • Deposit for non-corporate customers  $235
  • Corporate Deposits may be secured with Credit Card
  • Cleaning Fee                                         $35

Payment due prior to move in and weekly after.
Corporate Customers may request:
  • Bed Linens
  • Dishes
  • Pots and Pans
  • Courtesy Fee of $15 per week
    required for these services
